| Unlike the others Akito doesn't transform when hugged, nor do any of the other transform when hugged by Akito. Akito is not one of the 12 animals but the embodiment of the 'party thrower' character of the story of the 12 Zodiacs. See the manga for details. | The entire Fruits Basket series is amazing. I just wish they would decide to do the next season so that we can watch the rest. The last of the manga just came out this past year in the US and I for one want to see the anime finish. 9/10 for the entire anime. Must watch for those who enjoy romantic comedies. |
