In U.C. 0087 the Earth Federation completes secret development of 12 new Gundam prototype units and a new super-carrier, MSC Galaxy. After mankind was sent to the stars to ease overpopulation 87 years before, a new civil war is being fought by the united government of earth and her colonies. Elite units from all sides are raging a savage war, and the crew of the MSC Galaxy is caught between political loyalty to the Earth Federation, and moral loyalty to mankind.
i watched it as a kid but was too little to truly understand the plot this anime is soo beautiful it is a piece of art in itself i wish everyone could enjoy this kind of anime :) deep plot with multiple twist throughout not to mention great action and nice ending :)
