Yeah the uncle imprisonating was one of the funniest things!!! Kitara might be a Water bending master and serious badass in battle.. but when she is not fighting, she is the most annoying character in the show and I hate her attidute, in every single episode she is always complaining about something. Sokka might be a complainer, but there is always a good rational reason for his complaints, but for Kitara it's all about her emotions and bossy nature, that everything should be done her way.. grrrr Toph is one of the coolest female characters in animes I have ever seen, she just might be the

It's because they are too afraid to do something new and diffirent also notice that Naruto and Bleach are both higly popular shows, so they tend to do what other popular shows have done. But then again DBZ was very popular show and Goku wasn't afraid to use his planet destroying powers =D Also Hellsing has huge fanbase and Alucard doesnt hold back, he massacres anyone who ****s with him =P But then agai, those who have seen more animes dont usually think Naruto and Bleach are all that great afterall >.>
